In keeping with the fall recipe theme, I have a delicious bread recipe for you. I was inspired by a pumpkin bread recipe I found on allrecipes.com, but I made a few adaptations. This stuff is really good, moist, not too sweet and very filling. Sweet Potatoes have a lot of calories (hense the bread being so filling) but also a lot of nutrients that make it a perfect breakfast food. Here is what you'll need:

Flour, sugar, eggs, sweet potato puree, salt, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, vegetable oil and chocolate chips, water (not shown) and two 9 X 5 inch loaf pans (also not shown).

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, rub butter and sprinkle flour onto your two 9 X 5 inch loaf pans.

In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar, sweet potato, oil, water and eggs until incorporated. Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt and mix until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.

Fill your prepared loaf pans 3/4 full with the batter.

Like so. Stick them in the oven for about an hour and 15 minutes. I would recommend checking them after an hour has passed. They are done when you stick a knife in it and it comes out relatively clean.

2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, rub butter and sprinkle flour onto your two 9 X 5 inch loaf pans. In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar, sweet potato, oil, water and eggs until incorporated.
